The 4 Unknown Elements You Need to Be “That Fitness Guy”!
There he is again! It’s that guy or girl that you see exercising in the park every day without failure. That guy or girl you see every time you go back the gym after a having stopped your exercise program, again.
He’s been there every day you weren’t, and he’s looking better, faster, fitter, stronger – while you look pretty much the same as back when you first started.
If you haven’t already been asking the question, it might be time to ask yourself
“How the f*&k do I become That Fitness Guy! …or Girl”
I’ll Just Do What He’s Doing!
You may have looked at this guy or girl, started to discreetly copy what he or she does. You may even have asked summoned the courage to ask your fitness idol how they train, eat, and sleep, and decided to take action to do the very same thing they do.
But still, you failed, and you were never were able to become “that fitness guy”.
Beyond What You See…
Here’s the problem:
It’s not only what you see that is the key to successfully becoming “that fitness guy”. That’s kind of like only seeing the tip of the iceberg. It’s actually 90% or more about what you don’t see.
It’s all about 4 elements that you need to have to be “that fitness guy”
What Usually Happens When You Decide to Be “That Fitness Guy”
When people decide to be “that fitness guy”, their internal dialogue sounds something to the tune of this:
“Holy Crap Gary! Look at that guy… wouldn’t you kill to look like that! You know what though…he’s not actually better looking than you. He’s just got a s#!t hot body you don’t have. Imagine the chicks he pulls. If you got your s#!t together, you could pull hotter chicks than him. Well, you might need a nice car too. Bulls#!t Gary… with a hot body like that, you won’t need a hot car. You’ll be the Ferrari they want to test drive!
That’s it Gary! Enough! I’m sick of this bulls#!t! It’s f*&king time to shape up and do it for reals this time!
It’s Game On!”
Where You Fall Short
It may not be the same internal dialogue as Gary’s here, but no doubt it would be some kind of Braveheart battle speech. And undoubtedly it works! It gets you motivated enough to start on your journey to being “that fitness guy”.
The problem happens when Saturday night comes around.
It has now been since last Sunday that you heard that amazingly inspiring internal Braveheart speech. But no matter how great and grand that speech was, it’s now become a faint memory, and it stands no chance against the proposition of a night out on the piss with the boys followed by a late night Pizza binge.
Yeah!!!!! Party!!!!

Next Day: Congratulations Gary on f#&king it up… again! Oh yes… and you will hear this internal dialogue too.
Element I – Mindset
What you don’t know about “that fitness guy”, is that he has been given by his parents, and then from himself, some variation of a Braveheart speech every day since the day he was born, or every day since the day he truly committed himself to becoming “that fitness guy”.
He may not even know it consciously, as it is our subconscious mind that is our true action antagonist, but every day, his mind reinstates his positive feelings and actions around fitness.
As human beings, we have been granted a unique gift which enables us to change what is in our subconscious mind through conscious repetition – or what is known as auto-suggestion or affirmation.
What we affirm internally to ourselves daily becomes our outer most dominant reality.
We all have the ability to become who we aspire to be. And this ability leaves exception to NO PERSON.
So if you’re serious about being the best that you can be, affirm that to yourself – not just today, but every day for the rest of your life.
