Karl Gustafson is the author and publisher of CoreFitnessStrength.com. He is a Fitness Trainer and Research Psychologist with a passion for balanced living and human development. A large part of his inspiration comes from working with people and assisting them in finding their truest potential and love for living.
Sport and fitness has always remained a significant part of Karl’s life. He has acted as a representative track and field athlete, martial artist, gymnast, and has trained with and worked alongside first-class athletes, coaches and psychologists, both in Australia and Europe. He has spent most of his life in the endeavor to understand the interaction between mind, body and life force.
His intent is to abolish the confusion and misconceptions people have about issues of diet, exercise and balanced living. His aim is to establish an awareness and empowerment in people that bring into being their true human potential. His philosophy is that true human potential can only emerge where love reigns supreme.
His mission – to connect with the minds of people all around the world, so that their hearts can become open, so that their love can reign supreme.
